This game is brand new & factory h-seam sealed. The game is in EXCELLENT condition overall, especially for its age and rarity (20 years!).The game box appears to be near-perfect aside from a lightly creased front bottom right also slightly worn / exposed corners. There are a couple other very minor edge dings . Very nice game! See high resolution pictureAside from general surface wear there are no visible tears or damage to the shrink-wrap.
